Please read these Terms carefully before using Triploop. By booking through our platform you agree to be bound by them.
1.1. Triploop is a trading name of Triploop UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17411973, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA ("we", "us", "our").
1.2. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the booking of travel services (flights, accommodations, car hire and travel eSIMs) through our platform.
1.3. We operate strictly as an independent intermediary and booking agent. We facilitate bookings with third-party travel providers, including airlines and hotel aggregators (via the Duffel platform).
1.4. No Package Creation: Each product (e.g., a flight or a hotel room) is sold as a standalone item. You are choosing separate components. We do not combine flights and hotels into a "Package Holiday" under the UK Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
2.1. When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase travel services from the respective third-party supplier (airline or hotel).
2.2. A legally binding contract for each service comes into existence only when we issue a booking confirmation email/invoice on behalf of that supplier.
2.3. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our absolute discretion prior to issuing the confirmation.
3.1. Prices are dynamic and subject to change in real time via our API suppliers until a booking is confirmed.
3.2. Payment is collected securely through our payment gateway at the time of booking. You authorize us (or our payment processors and API partners) to charge your payment card for the total amount shown.
3.3. In the rare event of a pricing or system error where an obviously incorrect price is displayed, the supplier and we reserve the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund, even if a confirmation was automated.
4.1. Because we act as an agent, all modifications, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the individual airline or hotel provider.
4.2. Many airline tickets and hotel rates are strictly non-refundable or incur heavy amendment/cancellation fees. It is your responsibility to review fare rules and hotel policies prior to checkout.
4.3. Any service fees charged by us for processing bookings or modifications are strictly non-refundable.
5.1. It is exclusively the traveler's responsibility to ensure compliance with passport, visa, health, and vaccination requirements for all destination and transit countries.
5.2. Passports must typically be valid for at least 6 months beyond your date of return. We accept no liability if you are denied boarding or entry due to failure to meet legal requirements.
6.1. We strongly advise all customers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal belongings, and repatriation before departure.
7.1. As a booking agent, we carry no operational liability for the delivery, performance, safety, or quality of the flights or hotel stays. Your direct contract for the travel service is with the airline or hotel.
7.2. We accept no liability for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, bankruptcies of carriers/suppliers, or "force majeure" events (e.g., strikes, extreme weather, acts of God).
7.3. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
